Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Appointment Cancellation We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to another client in need of care. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment time. Full service fees still apply. Card on File A valid card may be required to hold appointments. By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize charges in the event of late cancellation or no-show. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of illness or unexpected events.
